About a month after returning from my first wedding in Italy, Michelle reached out inquiring about her wedding at the same venue. We promptly jumped on a FaceTime call with her fiance Andy, and we clicked quickly. They were so kind, laid back, and caring. Shortly afterwards, they decided to move forward with me, and I couldn’t believe I’d be heading back to Italy less than a year later! They picked Villa Le Capanne for their venue, tucked into rolling, vineyard-lined Tuscan hills. They were surrounded by their closest family and friends, creating such an intimate, warm, and comfortable setting filled with so much joy and celebrating. Early into the day, I could quickly tell how much Michelle and Andy cherish their families, which was so sweet to witness. Michelle and Andy were both so calm and collected throughout the day, truly reveling in the beauty and excitement of their day. She wore a stunning corset wedding gown with the most elegant tiered veil that flowed dramatically during the ceremony. Andy’s face while she walked down the aisle was priceless and are some of my most favorite photos from the day. After we finished portraits, a storm rolled in, so the reception dinner was held inside the villa. After eating and cake cutting, everyone moved to the pool house for dancing! It was such a memorable day and one I’m honored to have captured in a place so meaningful to me.
